Perform the following steps to provision a cloud HSM:

Go to the Cloud HSMs option from the services menu bar. Then, select [ Manage ].

Select [ Provision Cloud HSM ] and then select the associated Resource and Region for the Cloud HSM. The resource is the associated HSM Service under which the cloud HSM falls (transaction acquiring, card & mobile issuing, or general purpose), and the region refers to the cloud location.

Select [ Submit ].
The VIP Dashboard gives the cloud HSM a unique identifier and automatically provisions the HSM.

On the newly provisioned Cloud HSM, which appears in the service drop-down menu, select [ Start ] to start the Cloud HSM.
The status changes from Stopped to Running.
