Verify your environment meets these requirements before proceeding. All prerequisites must be satisfied for a successful integration.

Supported hardware

  • CryptoHub 7.0.3.x or later

Supported operating systems

  • Linux
  • Windows

Required access

  • Administrator access to the CryptoHub web interface (dual-control login)
  • Administrator access to the Ascertia ADSS Admin Console
  • Root or sudo access on the ADSS Server host machine

Network and firewall

  • Outbound TCP port 2001 from the ADSS Server host to the CryptoHub
  • The CryptoHub must be reachable by FQDN or IP address from the ADSS Server host
If your network uses TLS inspection or an SSL proxy, exempt traffic between the ADSS Server host and the CryptoHub. TLS inspection interferes with mutual TLS authentication and causes connection failures.

Software requirements

  • Ascertia ADSS Server 8.3.x or later, installed and operational
  • PostgreSQL (or another supported database) configured for ADSS Server
  • The ADSS Signing Service must be deployed and accessible (default port: 8777)
