Configure the Futurex PKCS #11 library
This section provides instructions on configuring Adobe Acrobat Desktop to use the FXPKCS11 library.In the Digital ID and Trusted Certificate Settings window, select PKCS #11 Modules and Tokens in the left-side menu. Then, select [ Attach Module ].
After you select the
fxpkcs11.dll file, expand PKCS #11 Modules and Tokens and select FxPKCS11 underneath it in the left-hand menu.Select [ Login ] and enter the identity password configured inside the
<CRYPTO-OPR-PASS> tag in the fxpkcs11.cfg file. Then, select**[ OK ]**.After you log in, you can expand the FxPKCS11 section in the left-side menu. Select Futurex in that section.
In the Futurex menu, you should see the Signing Certificate you created earlier in CryptoHub displayed as a Digital ID. You can now close the Digital ID and Trusted Certificate Settings window.
Sign a PDF
Perform the following steps to sign a PDF using the CryptoHub-stored key:Select where you want to save the signed document and select [ Save ].
The document now shows a digital signature and a message stating: Signed and all signatures are valid.
