To verify that Transparent Data Protection (TDP) is protecting files and directories based on the Path Rules you configured in CryptoHub, perform the following steps:

Open the Windows File Explorer.

Go to a path you configured for TDP.
If TDP works properly, you see the red lock icons next to the files in that directory.
