Deploy client endpoint - Futurex Documentation

After deploying the service in CryptoHub, you must create a client endpoint. Endpoints are devices authorized to access this service. In the Endpoints menu, you can view and filter details about existing endpoints and add new endpoints.

When Oracle runs in a container, select the endpoint platform that matches the operating system and runtime libraries inside the container. The Oracle process loads the module, so the host platform can differ.

Go to the Endpoints menu for the service you deployed.

In the Manage Endpoints menu, select [ Add New ].

In the Add Endpoint dialog:

Enter identifier or leave empty for auto-generation.
Leave the auto-populated CryptoHub Hostname as is.
Select the Platform that matches the Oracle process.

Select [ Add Endpoint ]. The browser prompts you to download a zip file containing the CryptoHub Client Library module (libcryptohub-pkcs11.so), the interactive pkcs11-manager, a pre-filled cryptohub.json, and the TLS material for your instance.

If you want to change the credential for an endpoint, go to the Identity and Access menu and select the Applications & Partitions tab. Find the application you deployed, and in the Manage section, select [ Authentication ]. This opens a dialog where you can change the credential for the endpoint.
